INGREDIENTS

  • 5 eggs
  • 40g / 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 38g / 3 tbsp allulose sweetener
  • 8g / 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 60g / 4 tbsp unsalted melted butter
  • 2g / 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat waffle maker and spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a blender, mix all ingredients. Let sit for a couple of minutes for bubbles to settle
  3. Pour about 1/2 cup of waffle batter onto the waffle maker and cook for about 4 minutes on high
  4. Serve immediately with keto friendly syrup and enjoy!
