INGREDIENTS
- 5 eggs
- 40g / 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 38g / 3 tbsp allulose sweetener
- 8g / 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 60g / 4 tbsp unsalted melted butter
- 2g / 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat waffle maker and spray with cooking spray.
- In a blender, mix all ingredients. Let sit for a couple of minutes for bubbles to settle
- Pour about 1/2 cup of waffle batter onto the waffle maker and cook for about 4 minutes on high
- Serve immediately with keto friendly syrup and enjoy!
