Recipes/Pecans_Tamari
Ingredients:
- 50g Tamari soy sauce
- 10ml / 2 tsp garlic powder
- 10ml / 2 tsp ground coriander seed
- 350g pecans or 200g sliced almonds
Directions:
- pre-heat air fryer to 325F
- mix the spices into the soy sauce in a bowl
- put the pecans in a medium bowl, and pour the soy sauce mix over it
- bake the pecans for 6 minutes - they will not get crunchy until they cool.
For sliced almonds:
- 75g Tamari soy sauce
- 15ml / 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 15ml / 1 tbsp ground coriander seeds
- 300g sliced almonds
bake for 15 minutes, stiring half-way through
