Recipes/Pecans_Tamari

Ingredients:

  • 50g Tamari soy sauce
  • 10ml / 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 10ml / 2 tsp ground coriander seed
  • 350g pecans or 200g sliced almonds

Directions:

  1. pre-heat air fryer to 325F
  2. mix the spices into the soy sauce in a bowl
  3. put the pecans in a medium bowl, and pour the soy sauce mix over it
  4. bake the pecans for 6 minutes - they will not get crunchy until they cool.

For sliced almonds:

  • 75g Tamari soy sauce
  • 15ml / 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 15ml / 1 tbsp ground coriander seeds
  • 300g sliced almonds

bake for 15 minutes, stiring half-way through
