Ingredients:
- 8 Oz Button Mushroom chopped each into 4 parts.
- 1 Cup Frozen Green Peas
- 1 Medium Chopped Onion
- 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Tbsp Tomato Puree
- 2 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 4 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Small two inch cinnamon stick
- 2 Star Anise
- 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 2 Small bayleaf
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 kg chicken thighs
Directions:
- set instant pot to saute
- add 2 tbsp onions and saute until transparent
- add rest of oil, and cumin, bay, cinnamon stick and star anise
- add ginger/garlic paste
- add chicken and rest of ingredients, except peas and half the garam masala
- set instant pot to 10 minutes at high pressure
- release pressure when done, cut up chicken.
- mix 1/4 tsp of xanthan gum in with 1 cup of liquid if too thin, and add back to the pot and mix in
- add in peas and rest of garam masala
- search with rice
