Recipes/Honey Garlic Chicken

Ingredients:
75g / 60ml / 1/4 cup honey
50g / 60ml / 1/4 cup brown sugar
4 cloves garlic, minced
140g / 120ml / 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce (see notes for alternatives)
1 thumb-sized piece of ginger peeled and minced
1 tablespoon sesame seed oil
850-900g of boneless chicken thighs - not frozen
1 cup of frozen peas
Instructions:
1. Make the sauce by mix everything except the chicken and peas in a bowl
2. pour a bit of the sauce in, add the chicken thighs and the rest of the sauce, and stir
3. Set the valve to seal, and then set the Instant pot for 10 minutes, high pressure. Do a quick release when the 10 minutes is up.
4. set the pot on saute and add take the chicken thighs out with a fork and cut into bite-sized chunks.
5. add the frozen peas and stir until the peas are heated through.
6. If the sauce is too runny, add 15ml of cornstarch and water and stir until thickened.
7. Serve over rice or noodles.
