Ingredients
- 75g Namaste GF flour (plus more for dusting hands and cutting boards
- 4g xantham gum
- 47g hot (60C) water
- pinch of salt
Directions
- Mix ingredients together and kneed into a dough
- pinch off 15-16g chunks, and roll out into a rough circle large enough to cover the top of a large water glass, and then use the glass to cut out a circle. re-use any remaining dough in the next wrapper
- add a tiny bit of water if the dough gets to dry to work.
- once the wrappers are made fill with 1 tsp of filling (carmelized ground turkey works well)
- run a wet finger around roughly half of the inside edge, and fold over and press firmly together to seal.
- boil 6-8 at a time in a large pot of water for 3-4 minutes.
- serve with peanut sauce or other dipping sauces.
