Ingredients:

  • 250g black currants
  • 250g water
  • 125g sugar / allulose

Directions

  • mix everything in a pot and bring to a boil
  • let cook at a simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally and pressing the currants against the side of the pot to help break them up
  • press through a sieve to separate the solids
  • keep in a mason jar in the fridge - or freeze into ice cubes
  • keeps the solids and use like jam
