Ingredients:
- 250g black currants
- 250g water
- 125g sugar / allulose
Directions
- mix everything in a pot and bring to a boil
- let cook at a simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally and pressing the currants against the side of the pot to help break them up
- press through a sieve to separate the solids
- keep in a mason jar in the fridge - or freeze into ice cubes
- keeps the solids and use like jam
