Based on the ninja creami recipe

Ingredients

  • 15g cream cheese
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 60g sugar
  • 390g 10% cream
  • 1 vanilla bean

Directions

  1. Warm the cream cheese in the microwave for 10s
  2. Put the cream cheese in a small pan, add the egg yolks and sugar and mix well
  3. Add the cream and mix
  4. Split the bean and scrap the insides into the pan and mix
  5. Heat over medium heat until it reaches 75-80C / 165-175F 6 let cool to about 40C then pour into a creami container and freeze. Once frozen process with the gelato setting
