Based on the ninja creami recipe
Ingredients
- 15g cream cheese
- 4 egg yolks
- 60g sugar
- 390g 10% cream
- 1 vanilla bean
Directions
- Warm the cream cheese in the microwave for 10s
- Put the cream cheese in a small pan, add the egg yolks and sugar and mix well
- Add the cream and mix
- Split the bean and scrap the insides into the pan and mix
- Heat over medium heat until it reaches 75-80C / 165-175F 6 let cool to about 40C then pour into a creami container and freeze. Once frozen process with the gelato setting
