Ingredients:

  • 50g caramel sauce
  • 50g sugar
  • 30g cocoa powder
  • 75g vanilla greek yogurt
  • 150g whole cream
  • 150g milk

Note: for Kaia’s taste: 70g caramel/sugar, 20g cocoa powder

Directions:

  1. microwave the caramel sauce for ~20s until it’s easy to work with
  2. Add the sugar and cocoa powder and yogurt and mix until combined
  3. add the cream and milk in 3 batches, mixing until combined after each addition
  4. pour into a creami container and freeze
  5. process in the creami as ‘ice cream’.
