Ingredients:
- 50g caramel sauce
- 50g sugar
- 30g cocoa powder
- 75g vanilla greek yogurt
- 150g whole cream
- 150g milk
Note: for Kaia’s taste: 70g caramel/sugar, 20g cocoa powder
Directions:
- microwave the caramel sauce for ~20s until it’s easy to work with
- Add the sugar and cocoa powder and yogurt and mix until combined
- add the cream and milk in 3 batches, mixing until combined after each addition
- pour into a creami container and freeze
- process in the creami as ‘ice cream’.
