Based on the recipe on page 58 of baked to perfection
75g icing sugar
95g whole cream (would be better with less)
125g cream cheese
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
Whip cream in medium bowl
Whip cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add to whipped cream and mix until incorporated
Add vanilla and salt and mix until incorporated
