Caramel Cheesecake Icecream

Ingredients:
500ml heavy or whipping cream
300ml condensed milk (1 can)
50ml cocoa powder (optional)
75g caramel sauce
150g cream cheese "product" - softened / at room temp
Directions:
1: mix the caramel sauce into the cream cheese, add a little condensed milk and stir, then add the rest of the condensed milk and the cocoa (if using it) and mix well. Don't worry if there are some lumps fun the cream cheese.
2: put the cream in the bowl of a stand mixer and beat at high speed until soft peaks form
3: add the cream cheese mixture and continue to beat for 30 seconds more
4: Freeze for 4 hours
