Crab Cakes
Ingredients:
3 egg
75ml mayonnaise
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
454g crabmeat
1/2 cup crushed rice crispies (or 1/4 cup GF bread crumbs PaneRiso brand seems to work best)
2 tablespoon margarine
Directions:
In a medium bowl, whisk together egg, mayonnaise, and spices. Gently stir in crabmeat, being careful not to break up meat. Gradually mix in cracker crumbs, adding until desired consistency is achieved.
Heat margerine in a skillet over medium heat. Form crab mixture into 4 patties. Place patties in skillet, and cook until golden brown, about 5 to 6 minutes on each side.
